The Dara Health team of certified, highly skilled, and experienced care providers always has our clients’ best interests and wellbeing at heart. Dr. Adrian specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of Adult ADHD, anxiety disorders, and depressive disorders. He is trained in CBT, DBT, Interpersonal Process Therapy, and various trauma-based treatments.

Sarah LaRocque, Ph.D
Registered Social Worker, Clinical Director of Bluestone Therapy
As Clinical Director of Bluestone Therapy, Dr. Sarah LaRocque is responsible for the DBT Program, Student Practicums, Provisional Supervision, Group Training, and the establishment of the Saskatoon office. She is currently working out of both the Cochrane and Saskatoon offices.
Sarah takes a collaborative, respectful, and strength-based approach to her therapy. She follows evidence-based practice guidelines, actively participating in various university-led research projects.
AREAS OF WORK: Sarah has 25 years experience working with a wide range of mental health issues such as personality disorders, depression, anxiety, dissociation, and complex truama. She has extensive experience facilitating evidence- based groups, adhering to modalities such as Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure Therapy, DBT Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE), and the treatment of complex PTSD. She is experienced in facilitating long-term psychotherapy groups and is trained in group supervision.
SESSIONAL INSTRUCTOR: Sarah is a sessional instructor in the Faculty of Social Work, University of Calgary, BSW, virtual learning, and MSW programs.
TRAINING: Sarah provides training in group psychotherapy and is a field instructor for master and Ph.D students.
Yuko Yoshinami, MA, R. PSYCH
Registered Psychologist, Yoga Instructor
Yuko is a Registered Psychologist (CAP Registration #3263) who takes a “whole person” approach, addressing issues from multiple perspectives including the mind, body and the brain (neuroscience).
AREAS OF WORK: Yuko has worked with a wide range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety and addiction, and has over 10 years of experience working with the persons with complex presentation, primarily Borderline Personality Disorder as well as other personality disorders, various forms of dissociation, trauma, and eating disorders.
SPECIAL INTEREST AND EXPERTISE: Assessment and treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, complex/developmental trauma, and Dissociative Disorders.
Yuko is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and DBT Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE) through Behavioral Tech, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and standard Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE). She is also a certified yoga instructor and uses yoga (trauma sensitive yoga) to prepare her clients for trauma treatment, to ensure successful trauma processing.
Yuko and the team offer comprehensive and adherent DBT, which includes a 24-week skills group, individual sessions and phone coaching.
Najwa Zahr, MSW, RSW
Registered Social Worker
Najwa is a registered social worker specializing in the assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, and their families. Najwa incorporates individual emotional, developmental, and environmental contexts into her approach.
Areas of work: Najwa has experience working with a wide range of mental health issues including child and youth ADHD, ODD, anxiety, substance use, depression/suicidal behaviours, trauma, attachment, and personality disorders. She is trained in Dialectical Behaviour Skills Training and facilitates an adolescent DBT group (ages 12-17).

Certified facilitator with Circle of Security Parenting International
The Circle of Security intervention uses a group treatment modality to provide parent information and psychotherapy that is based on attachment theory. Circle of Security is a promising intervention for the reduction of disorganized and insecure attachment in high-risk toddlers, preschoolers, and adolescents.
Taylor Muller, M.C., CCC, R. Provisional PSYCH
Registered Provisional Psychologist and Canadian Certified Counsellor
Taylor is a Registered Provisional Psychologist and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She uses a humanistic approach in her counselling, focusing on creating a safe, collaborative environment for her clients to grow awareness throughout their journey.
Areas of Work: Taylor is currently training in the DBT program. She has experience as a general practitioner working with a diverse population of clients presenting with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, loss/grief, and relationship concerns.
Special Interest and Expertise: Assessment and counselling for individuals experiencing:

Dr. Andrea Beck, R. PSYCH
Beck Psychological Services
Andrea is registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists and completed her graduate training at the University of Calgary and her pre-doctoral internship at the University of Manitoba.
Her therapeutic work draws primarily on the principles of mindfulness meditation and cognitive behaviour therapy. She enjoys integrating these two modalities to develop a plan with clients that suits both their mental health needs and their own personal tastes.
The majority of her clients have experienced depression, anxiety, chronic illness, and/or sexual health concerns. She currently runs a group program for individuals with multiple sclerosis who struggle with anxiety and depression. She also works with individuals who have had a cancer diagnosis, providing mindfulness meditation programs and workshops dedicated to sexual health and couples' intimacy.
Hugh McGeary, MSW
Registered Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist
Hugh's areas of practice include: Mental Health, Relationships, Family and Marital Therapy, Adolescence, Men's Issues, Human Sexuality, and Critical Life Event Navigation. Being able to "see" the relationship between people...working in session to block unhelpful patterns, while establishing new ones is Hugh's skill set. Helping families navigate life stages including adolescence and recovering from betrayal of trust including affairs or other breaches are things Hugh can help with. Jodey Sharman, MA, R. PSYCH, BScOT
Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist
Jodey has an undergraduate degree in Occupational Therapy and a master’s degree in Psychology. She has worked as an Occupational Therapist and Psychologist in hospitals, day programs, doctor’s offices, community clinics and in client homes in Canada and the US.
She works with individuals with problems ranging from complex medical diagnoses to those wanting spiritual growth and self-improvement. She has used traditional and alternative therapies for her own healing and will support you in your use of any healing tool that works for you.
She has taken many courses to develop skills in psychological interventions and in other healing methods including Reiki and intuition development. She has Master’s level certification in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. In her own experience with counsellors, she has known what it is like to feel cared for and understood and to feel let down. When working together, she will try to understand you and what you are experiencing, work collaboratively with you as the expert in your life, and she will see your strengths and successes.
She integrates therapy techniques that work best for you into the conversations including Cognitive Behavior (CBT) Psychodynamic, Dialectical Behavior (DBT), Solution Focused, ART, and Positive Psychology.

Angeline specializes in therapeutic modalities that focus on healing and restoration from adverse childhood experiences, trauma, domestic violence, addictions, grief and loss, relationship issues, anxiety and depression. She is trained in DBT, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Response Based Therapy, Gottman Couples Counselling Methods Level One, and Trauma-informed Counselling.

Kristen has a passion for helping people find their path to healing and wellness. She aims to provide a comforting environment for individuals to share their concerns and connect more deeply with themselves and others. She values holistic interventions that attend to the mind, body, and spirit and seeks to understand your struggles in the context of relationships and the wider world. Engaging in therapy can open the journey of reflection, self discovery, and may reveal insight so you may begin living your best life.
Kristen has worked extensively in Indigenous communities and has developed competency in working with First Nations children, adults, families, and community agencies. She welcomes individuals and families from all cultural backgrounds and offers a safe space to share experiences.
