About the Event
This 8-week cognitive behaviour therapy and mindfulness meditation group program is specifically designed to help anyone who struggles with sleep issues and insomnia.
- Refreshing sleep is essential to good health
- Learn skills to promote sleep and manage busy thoughts
- Saturdays, 3:00 - 4:30pm
- Only $650 for 8 sessions (12 hours)
