About the Event

This 8-week cognitive behaviour therapy and mindfulness meditation group program is specifically designed to help anyone who struggles with sleep issues and insomnia.

  • Refreshing sleep is essential to good health
  • Learn skills to promote sleep and manage busy thoughts
  • Saturdays, 3:00 - 4:30pm
  • Only $650 for 8 sessions (12 hours)
